Return policy

30-Day Return for Full Refund

Thank you for choosing Bazova for your cookware needs. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in their original form of packaging and include all accessories.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@bazova.net to receive a return authorization. Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Send your package using a shipping service that provides a tracking number (FedEx or UPS). We are not responsible if there is no proof the product was delivered to us.

One-Year Warranty

In addition to our return policy, we offer a one-year warranty on all our cookware. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that your product is free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. We will work with you to either repair or replace the item, depending on the nature of the defect.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. It is void if the product has been altered or modified in any way.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
