Is the non-stick coating safe for health
Our non-stick coating is completely free of PFOAs, PFAs, lead, and cadmium, ensuring its safety for consumer use.
Any tips for using non-stick pans
When cooking, add a bit of oil to protect the coating and use silicone or wooden utensils, avoiding metal ones. For cookware with detachable handles, it's advisable to remove the handles while cooking to prolong service life.
How should I clean and maintain the non-stick pans
- Prior to the initial use, clean the pans and pots with hot water and a mild detergent
- Cook only with medium-low heat(below 482°F)
- Avoid heating an empty pan
- Do not use abrasive sponges or pads for cleaning
- Avoid using metal utensils with the cookware to preserve the integrity of the nonstick coating
- Do not use sprays
Can I put my pans in the oven
Yes, our nonstick cookware is oven-safe (below 482°F). For cookware with detachable handles, please remove the handles when placing them in the oven.
Can I use dishwasher to clean my pans
Yes, the cookware is dishwasher safe, but we do not recommend using the dishwasher as the non-stick coating may be affected by aggressive detergents. You can wash it in warm soapy water and dry it with a soft towel or kitchen towel.
What stovetops can I use my pans on
Our cookware is suitable for all stovetops, including induction stoves.

How long does delivery take, and how can I track my order
Your items will be shipped from our warehouse, and we will send you a tracking number via email within 1-3 business days of placing your order. What is your return policy
